Refund & Returns Policy

At Dhoni Detergent Powder, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and complete customer satisfaction. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return only if:

  • It has a manufacturing defect

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

  • The complaint is raised within 3 days of purchase

  • Valid purchase proof (bill/invoice) is provided

Products damaged due to improper storage, mishandling, moisture, or external factors will not qualify for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used detergent packs

  • Products damaged due to customer negligence

  • Products purchased under clearance or special discount offers


3. Replacement Policy

If the product is verified to have a manufacturing defect, the company will:

  • Replace the product with the same variant and quantity

  • Or offer an alternative product of equal value (if original stock is unavailable)

No cash refunds will be provided unless specifically approved by the company.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in exceptional cases:

  • When replacement stock is unavailable

  • When the company determines refund is the appropriate solution

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase. Refund processing may take 7–10 working days.


5. Dealer / Distributor Returns

Dealers and distributors must follow company return guidelines.
Returns of bulk stock are only accepted for:

  • Confirmed batch defects

  • Products damaged in transit (must be reported within 24 hours)

Unsold stock or expired stock due to delay in sale will not be accepted.


6. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team or your local dealer

  2. Share photos/videos of the issue

  3. Provide invoice and batch number

  4. Wait for company inspection and approval

Only after approval will the product be picked up or replaced.


7. Company Rights

Dhoni Detergent Powder reserves the right to refuse return or refund requests that:

  • Do not meet policy conditions

  • Lack proof of defect

  • Appear fraudulent or misused
